Sherwood Chang

张少武律师，法学硕士，孟加拉国嘉泽律师事务所高级顾问。张律师本科阶段具有法律和英语学习背景，具有近二十年法律工作经验。现为广东红棉律师事务所国际部部长，同时兼（曾）任广东省法学会经济法研究会理事、广州律师协会第十届一带一路委员会秘书长、广东省翻译协会会员等社会职务，2017年被评为“广东省涉外领军律师”（第一批），2022年被评为“广州市涉外领军律师”（第一批）。执业以来，经办了大量的国际贸易、跨境投资、知识产权、跨境刑事等案件，服务了一大批国内企业或个人出海投资企业，在国内涉外法律服务领域业内具有较高的声誉和影响力。

Mr. Chang has been practicing law since 2001. He is currently the head of the International Department of Guangdong Hongmian Law Firm, and concurrently a member of the Economic Law Research Society of Guangdong Law Society, the Chief Secretary of One Belt One Road Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association, and the Guangdong Translation Association. In 2017, he was named one of the "Guangdong Province Leading Lawyers of Foreign Affairs", also in 2022, one of "Guangzhou Leading Lawyers of Foreign Affairs". Since practicing, he has handled a large number of international trade, cross-border investment, intellectual property, cross-border criminal cases, and has a high reputation and influence in the field of foreign legal services in China.
